Tragic Incident in Andhra Pradesh
On Friday, President Droupadi Murmu expressed her sorrow regarding the fatalities caused by a bus fire in Andhra Pradesh, labeling the incident as extremely unfortunate.
In a post on social media platform 'X', she stated, "The news of deaths resulting from a tragic bus fire in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, is deeply saddening. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the grieving families and pray for the swift recovery of the injured."
According to a police official, a private bus en route to Hyderabad caught fire early Friday after colliding with a two-wheeler near Chinnatekur in Kurnool district, resulting in the deaths of 12 individuals, including the motorcyclist.
